How to delete your account
DELETE in the confirmation field to confirm you understand the action is permanent.Your account is deleted immediately. You will be signed out automatically and will not be able to sign back in. It is not possible to recover a deleted account.
What happens to your personal data
When you delete your account, all personal information associated with it is permanently anonymised — unlinked from you and no longer usable to identify you. The following data is removed:
- Email address
- Full name
- Profile photo (avatar)
- Date of birth
- Phone number
- Bio / About Me text
- Country and city
- Referral code and referral links
- Social login connections (Google, Facebook)
- Push notification tokens
- App settings and preferences
Your account is disabled and your login credentials are invalidated.
Payment records
Payment and transaction records are retained for legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, as required by applicable financial regulations. All card-identifying information is removed at the time of deletion.

Retained payment data cannot be used to identify you personally and is not linked to your name, email address, or any other identifying information after deletion.
Data shared with third parties
Money War uses third-party payment processors to handle transactions. Card data is processed directly by those providers and is never stored on Money War servers in full. Deletion of your Money War account does not automatically delete data held independently by those providers — please refer to their own privacy policies if you wish to request deletion of data held on their side.
