1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Money War, operated by SOLFAC PR Dragan Bogicevic, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Serbia ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Money War mobile and web applications (the "App"), available on iOS, Android, and Web. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: the email or sign-in identifier you use to create an account, and a display name or alias you choose.
- Rank and payment history: the amounts you've paid through the App and your resulting rank, timestamped.
- Device and usage data: device type, operating system, app version, and general usage events, collected automatically.
- Support communications: anything you send us if you contact support.
We do not collect or store your full payment card number, bank account number, or government ID. Payments are handled entirely by Apple's or Paddle's billing systems, as described in Section 4.
3. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Operate the ranking system and display your position to you and, where you've chosen to be visible, to other users.
- Maintain your account and payment history.
- Respond to support requests.
- Maintain the security and stability of the App, including detecting fraud or abuse.
- Comply with legal obligations, such as tax and financial recordkeeping requirements tied to in-app purchases.
4. Payment processing
On iOS, payments made within Money War are processed by Apple's In-App Purchase system, not by us directly. On Android and Web, payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Apple and Paddle collect and process your payment details under their own privacy policies. We receive confirmation that a payment was made and its amount, which is used to calculate your rank — we do not receive or store your card details.
5. Public rank visibility
Money War's core feature is a ranking. Depending on the display setting you choose, your rank and the amount associated with it may be shown to other users under your real name, an alias, or anonymously. You can change this setting at any time in the App; changing it does not retroactively alter how you appeared on the leaderboard in the past.
7. Data retention
Payment records are retained indefinitely. Every payment permanently affects the ranking of all users — the core product of Money War — so payment amounts cannot be deleted without compromising the integrity of the leaderboard for everyone, not just the user who made the payment. Account information, such as your display name and profile details, is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request earlier deletion or anonymization of your personal information as described in Section 8; in that case your payment history is retained and continues to count toward the leaderboard, but is disassociated from your identity.
8. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can exercise most of these rights directly in the App's account settings, or by contacting us using the details in Section 12. Account deletion is currently available directly from the mobile app (iOS or Android). Deleting your account removes your public display name and profile details, but — as described in Section 7 — your payment history remains on the leaderboard, disassociated from your identity, since it continues to count toward the ranking of other users.
9. Children's privacy
Money War is not directed at, and may not be used by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
10. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the App or by other reasonable means before the change takes effect.
