1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Money War mobile and web applications (the "App"), operated by SOLFAC PR Dragan Bogicevic, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Serbia ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to make the payments described in these Terms to use Money War. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any funds you use to pay within the App are your own and lawfully obtained.
3. Description of service
Money War is a ranking app: users create an account, browse global, local, and per-country leaderboards, and can make a voluntary payment to increase their own position on those leaderboards — determined solely by the cumulative amount paid relative to other users. Premium account holders additionally unlock profile customization features (custom username, avatar, and description) within the app.
A leaderboard payment does not entitle you to any prize, cash payout, refund, or financial return of any kind, and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for value. It exclusively increases your position on the in-app ranking feature described above.
4. Payments and billing
On iOS, all payments are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple's terms and the payment methods on file with your Apple ID. On Android and Web, payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record, and are subject to Paddle's terms and the payment method you provide to them. We do not directly handle or store your payment card details. Prices are shown in the App prior to confirming any payment.
On Android and Web, you may enter any amount you wish to pay, with a minimum of $1 USD and no maximum. On iOS, Apple's In-App Purchase system only supports fixed, pre-defined prices — free-text amount entry is not available there — so you instead choose from a preset list of amounts.
Because Android/Web and iOS use different payment systems, the amount charged to you and the amount applied to your rank may not always be identical. On Android and Web, the amount you pay through Paddle is set in US Dollars and is the exact amount applied to your rank — no conversion is involved. On iOS, Apple requires all prices to be displayed and charged in your local currency, so the amount you are charged may differ from the US Dollar base amount which will be applied to your rank due to currency conversion. This conversion rate is set on a country-by-country basis, so the difference will vary depending on where your Apple ID is registered, and not all users will be affected the same way. In that case, both amounts — the local-currency price you will be charged and the US Dollar base amount that will be applied to your rank — are shown to you before you confirm the payment.
5. No refunds
All payments made within Money War are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or by the refund policies of Apple or Paddle. Refund requests for iOS in-app purchases should be directed to Apple through its standard refund process; refund requests for Android or Web payments should be directed to Paddle. 6. Not an investment, deposit, or wager
Payments made within Money War are not an investment, deposit, security, lottery ticket, or wager of any kind. Your rank carries no monetary value, cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for cash or any other consideration, and confers no ownership, equity, or financial interest in Money War or any other party. You should not pay any amount you are not comfortable losing entirely.
7. Your account and display name
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may choose to display your real name, an alias, or remain anonymous on the leaderboard, subject to the acceptable use rules in Section 8.
8. Acceptable use
When using Money War, you agree not to:
- Use a display name that is abusive, impersonates another person, or infringes someone else's rights.
- Attempt to manipulate your rank through fraud, unauthorized payment methods, or exploitation of bugs.
- Use the App for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with the App's operation or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Money War at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms. You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Money War and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds voluntarily paid within the App, arising from your use of the App.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Serbia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you within the App or by other reasonable means before the change takes effect. Continued use of the App after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
